Delicately Fragrant, Light straw colour, almond and pear aromas – with touches of honey and a hint of malt, from fermenting. Minimal handling creates a natural smooth structure creating a pure Pinot Grigio style.

The wine is light, and easygoing on the palate, with softness and yet also a touch of dryness and restraint on the end palate. The finish is refreshing.

Mr Bond Pinot Grigio is ideally served as a delicious wine on its own or Perfectly matches with Creamy Smoked Salmon, Lemon, Chicken, Spaghetti Carbonara, grilled halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter and Pizza with ham, Asparagus and Ricotta.
